We’re coming up on the holiday season, so we’ve included our upcoming office closures below.


Office Closures for 2022

  • October 17th-19th, 2022 we will be closed for staff to attend a conference
  • November 23rd-24th, 2022 we will be closed for Thanksgiving
  • November 25th, 2022 we will be open with a skeleton crew working remotely
  • December 26th, 2022 we will be closed for the holiday

We will be answering phone calls for emergencies only on these dates.

Stone Oak Property Management Acquires Hope Properties

AUSTIN, Texas, Sept. 20, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Industry leader Stone Oak Property Management announced the acquisition of Hope property management in Austin, Texas on August 31, 2022. Hope properties was headquartered in Round Rock, Texas and managed homes throughout Central Texas. Their offices will close and merge with Stone Oak's office in North Austin. The recent acquisition of Hope Properties brings Stone Oak's Assets Under Management to nearly $350 Million.

Hope Properties has been managing homes in Central Texas since 1981. Over this time, founder William Lins has built an admirable reputation in the Austin Area real estate community and has closed hundreds of real estate transactions. William said that "Working with Jason and his transition team at Stone Oak has truly been a wonderful experience and one of the best-executed deals I've done. Lease Renewals

If you will be renewing your lease, please pay special attention to timelines. We will work with you to ensure we have your renewal ready prior to your current lease expiration date but you do need to respond in a timely manner.

If you have an existing ESA, you must renew your profile with Petscreening.com annually in order for your furry friend to remain an ESA.

If you get any correspondence from petscreening.com please make sure to follow through with it. If you are considering a new animal then you must go through the process before the animal can be brought into the home.
